Access to clean, fresh water is one of the biggest needs facing Haiti, where waterborne illnesses, such as typhoid, cholera and chronic diarrhea, are the cause of more than half of the deaths in the country every year.

grpshotRENMEN works with and assists families providing them with the necessary resources such as financial support, emotional and psychological counseling, after school and weekend programs, food, clothing and education.

The 2010 Earthquake deeply affected the orphanage’s housing and infrastructure.  While the facility’s security wall has been rebuilt ensuring the safety of the children and youth housed there, there are many ongoing rebuilding projects that require additional funding to complete.
